Content Overview

The Roofing Warranty Certificate is an essential document for homeowners who want assurance regarding the quality and longevity of their roof installation. Issued by MCS Roofing, this certificate outlines the key benefits and terms associated with the warranty. Homeowners can enjoy lifetime craftsmanship coverage, which guarantees that the roof will remain free from leaks due to substandard installation for a period of up to 50 years from the warranty issue date. Additionally, the warranty is transferable, allowing future homeowners to benefit from the same protection, provided that the transfer is documented in writing. However, certain conditions must be met for the warranty to remain valid. For instance, it only takes effect once the installation is complete and all payments are made. Homeowners must also promptly report any issues, as failure to do so may void the warranty. Regular maintenance is required, including roof cleaning every two years, which must be performed by MCS Roofing. The certificate also specifies exclusions, such as damage caused by natural disasters or structural issues unrelated to the installation. Understanding these aspects is crucial for homeowners to fully benefit from their roofing warranty.
